Turmeric Magnesium Popsicles

These homemade popsicles are in a league of their own – full of vitamin C, anti-inflammatory turmeric, and magnesium to increase energy and ease stress.

Featuring some of the most sought-after superfood ingredients, you can check off your nutrition goals while you cool off.

Note: If you don’t have a juicer, you can also substitute 12 ounces of juice for the fruit in this recipe.

2 medium oranges, peeled
3 medium carrots
½ medium lemon, peeled
½-inch piece of ginger (optional)
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Lemon Flavor Natural Calm


1. Juice oranges, carrots, lemon and ginger (if using).
2. Mix in the turmeric, honey and Natural Calm.
3. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
