Natural,Calm Kids works very well and has helped the boys a lot, however, the raspberry lemon flavour is very strong and the kids don't like it. Which makes it very hard to hide in their drinks. I would prefer a no flavour version.

Great gummies easy to take even for kids. I recommend these as a good magnesium supplement specifically for kids.
