“Turn up the heat and lend your heart a hand with these low temp roasted almonds. Crispy, savoury, but cooked to preserve the best of their nutrients.
Who knew that one of the best ways to beat both stress and hunger involves eating almonds? Almonds are a good source of magnesium, B vitamins and zinc—which are important for balancing mood and decreasing stress and anxiety!
A serving of almonds contains heart-healthy fats and protein too; so they’re a perfect snack during a busy workday or on the go.
This recipe involves toasting the almonds at a low temperature in order to preserve the healthy fats, yet still gives the almonds a delicious roasted flavor.”
