Natural Calm Magnesium Summer Popsicles

These homemade popsicle recipes make it easy to deliver highly absorbable magnesium to kids and adults alike.

Ultra-Hydrating Magnesium Lemon Pops

A sweet and tangy lemonade popsicle that not only tastes good but quenches your thirst and replaces vital minerals during hot summer days, this unique recipe gives you vitamins C and B as well as potassium and Natural Calm’s proprietary magnesium.

Ingredients

1 cup of water
½ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons Sweet Lemon Natural Calm

Instructions

  1. Make the water slightly warm, enough to dissolve the Lemon Natural Calm.
  2. Add the maple syrup and molasses and stir until all dissolved.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Stir together.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
  5. Place in freezer and allow 3–4 hours until fully frozen.
  6. Pop ’em out and enjoy!

Energizing Tropical + Berry Magnesium Popsicles

A fruity afternoon snack or healthier alternative to dessert, these sugar-free popsicles are delicious!

Ingredients

½ cup water
½ cup orange juice
½ pound of fresh pineapple
½ pound of fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon of Natural Calm unflavored or Natural Calm Kids (Raspberry-Lemon flavour) and 2 tablespoons of hot water.

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of Natural Calm unflavored or Natural Calm Kids and 2 tablespoons of hot water and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into Popsicle moulds.
  4. Place in freezer for 3–4 hours until fully frozen.
  5. Pop ’em out and enjoy!
